M.Sc. (Computer Science & Information Technology) Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application. Spot Admission Notice. First Come First Serve Basis. Date: 07/07/2023. Applications are invited against few vacant seats available in MSc (CS), MSc (IT) and PGDCA. The admission will be on first come first serve basis and is scheduled from 10th July 2023, Monday between 12:00 Noon to 3:00 PM.
You are required to carry two Demand Draft of Rs. 750/-(Rs 400/- for SC/ST candidates of M.P. domicile) as registration fee, and Rs. 10,000/- in favor of "REGISTRAR (SELF FINANCE) COMPUTER SCIENCE" payable at Indore. (The remaining fees is to submitted through MPOnline portal within a week after admission).
• Eligibility for MSc (CS/IT) aspirants BCA/B.Sc. (Hons) B.Sc. (Computer Science /Electronics/Physics/Information Technology/ Electronics and Tele-communication with 30% marks and Mathematics as one of the compulsory subject
• Eligibility for PGDCA aspirants Graduate in any discipline with 50% in aggregate.
Candidates who have appeared in final year examination with above mentioned subject(s) can also apply. Admission will be confirmed only if the result is declared before August 14, 2023 in the admission year and the candidate secures min. % of marks as mentioned above.
Along with the demand draft you are required to present following documents; Documents Required (Original for verification + 2 set of Photocopies)
1. Copy of application form submitted to MP-ONLINE
2. Passport size recent photographs: 3 Nos
3. Valid ID Proof (Aadhar/Passport/driving license/Voter Id): Original for verification + 2 sf-attested photocopies
4. Mark Sheet of qualifying mamination: Original for verification + 2 self-attested photocopies
5. Mark Sheet of 12th: Original for verification + 2 self-attested photocopies.
6. Mack Sheet of 10th: Original for verification + 2 self-attested photocopies.
7. It applicable; Migration Certificate: Original+2 self attested photocopies
8. if applicable; MPR Domicile Certificate: Driginal for verification + 2 self-attested photocopies.
9. If applicable; Caste Certificate for SC/ST/DBC (Non-creamy layer) candidate: Original for verification +2 self-attested photocopies.
10. If applicable; Income Certificate for SC/ST/OBC (Non-creamy layer) candidate: Original for verification + 2 self-attested photocopies.
11. if applicable; EWS certificate and income certificate: Orignal for verification - 2 self- attested photocopies
12. If applicable; II. Migrant/JK. Resident Certificate: Original for verification + 2 self- attested photocopies.
13. if applicable; Affidavits for Gap in studies: Original+2 self-attested photocopies
Note:
1. Candidate must carry all original documents as mentioned above along with two sets of self-attested photocopies
2. The original documents will be returned immediately after the verification
3. Only original TC and Migration (Gap certificate if applicable) will be retained once the provisional Admission is ensured.

5. The reservation policy will be as per the directives of the Government of Madhya Pradesh/ University
6. The provisionally admitted candidates has to pay the first semester fees within seven days of provisional admission falling which their candidature will be cancelled and the seat will be offered to the waiting list candidates.
